This Friday, April 4th, we will open the gate to the public from 2pm-7pm (12 noon for active NMRA members) for a ONE DAY ONLY sale of the 60+ year Brewster Model Railroad & Toy Train Collection consisting of five full pickup truck loads of trains!

The sale location gates will be opened at 2pm on Friday at 19024 83rd Ave West, Edmonds WA. 98026. Active National Model Railroad Association members will be admitted beginning 12 noon with current membership card or name on the PNR list. ABSOLUTELY NO EARLYBIRDS.

Sale lasts until 7pm. ONE DAY ONLY! Although the sale will be held at a Brewster relative's home, please do not disturb or contact the family about the trains, as NMRA members are handling the sale.

There are boxes of wooden and kids toy trains, @ 25 cents per item, rounded up to next dollar. For example: wooden 5 car train @ $1.25 = $2 or get 3 more item for the same money!

With the collector and scale model trains, most do not have a specific or marked price, and we will be taking offers on most everything. The first person who offers an acceptable and reasonable price owns it. Bigger piles mean bigger discounts. There are real deals to be made and we want to return these trains into our local model railroad community. Bring your price guides, make some offers you can backup and take 'em home!!!

They are many new & boxed Lionel, mostly postwar, LGB & number 1 gauge items, and several McCoy Wide gauge rolling stock, and several new packages of track. Plus in used sets, one Lionel Std/wide gauge No.8E loco (remotored with McCoy) and Obs car; one American Flyer Lines Std ga coach; two circa 1917-25 Lionel sets (one in the original box), Lionel SP Daylight GS4 and cars; 1988 Lionel Hiawatha Limited Production passenger set; Lionel Broadway Limited pass set, very nice but has been run; Lionel Milwaukee Special Passenger set w/ 4-4-2 #8306; many boxed Lionel rolling stock and passenger cars in several lines, especially heavy weight Milwaukee, B&O, and Blue Comet.

Other used items include rolling stock and locomotives in American Flyer Prewar O tinplate and Postwar S-scale; Marx tinplate and later plastic production; Hafner, Ives, and other manufacturers, some we can’t figure out; and many even we have never seen before, some we have only heard about!

There is a bunch of Euro HO, both three rail and DC, many new sets and several special trains still unused in the original boxes, and many many more used w/o boxes including: Marklin (3 rail), Hornby, Tri-ang, Lima, Kleinbahn, Roco, Jouef, Fleischmann, Rowa, and Liliput. These include locos, freight cars and many passenger cars.

In American HO, there are many passenger cars in multiple roads, all kinds of freight cars and locos, including old brass and metal, some in kits.

All unsold trains will be removed by Railfun@juno.com who will make them available at your monthly local NMRA-PNR-4D Clinic Mart!
